1. One-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

LILEAD products are designed and manufactured to provide reliable performance under normal and intended use.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, LILEAD provides a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees that may apply under the laws of your country.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

If a product is determined to have a covered manufacturing defect, LILEAD may, subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy.

3. What Is Not Covered

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or use

• Incorrect electrical connections

• Accidental damage

• Unauthorized modification or repair

• Misuse or negligence

• Water or environmental exposure beyond the product's specified protection rating

• Normal wear and tear

• Use outside the product's intended purpose

• Damage caused by external equipment or systems

4. Warranty Claims

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Product information

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos when applicable

Our support team may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the issue.

5. Consumer Rights

This limited manufacturer's warranty does not affect any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

For example, consumers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory rights concerning defective, non-conforming, or inaccurately described goods that apply independently of a manufacturer's commercial warranty.
