Battery Disconnect Switch
7.1 The button switch (wired controller)
The button on the wired controller is rated IPX78 for water and dust protection, so it can be installed outdoors or anywhere convenient to reach — rain, car washes and humid conditions are no problem at all.
Its job covers two cases: press once for the most critical moment — when the battery goes flat and the device has already cut the power, simply press this button to restore power to the whole vehicle; press and hold for 3 seconds to cut the power at any time, without waiting for the voltage to reach the set threshold (not active while driving). See 6.6.
7.2 Certified.
The product is FCC, CE and RoHS certified, with third-party backing for both safety and compliance.
7.3 Patented.
It holds both a Chinese invention patent and a US invention patent. The core technology is protected — this is not a copy of someone else's housing.
7.4 It doesn't interfere with the vehicle.
Standby current is below 0.5mA, so the unit itself barely consumes anything. During normal driving it stays inactive and doesn't interfere with the vehicle's electronics.
7.5 It doesn't harm the battery.
It only opens the discharge circuit. It neither charges nor drains the battery — its job is to reduce deep-discharge events, which is what actually extends battery life.
7.6 Made by a real factory.
Manufactured by Shenzhen Rui Chuang Xin Technology Co., Ltd., certified as both a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized & Sophisticated SME.
Smart battery protection and maintenance solutions for cars, motorcycles, and powersports vehicles.
